If getting a priced quote in front of a customer quickly is a bottleneck, QuoteIQ is built around that part of the job. It is an estimating-first field service platform for small home-service crews, with four estimate formats, satellite property measurement and an AI estimator alongside scheduling, invoicing and payments. If you’d rather sanity-check your numbers by hand first, our free estimate generator builds a clean customer estimate from your line items.
Five plans run from $29.99 to $699.99 a month, every plan, in this QuoteIQ review, includes a 14-day free trial, and pricing is published in full. There are some important limits: seats are capped per plan at 1, 2, 4, 10 and then 20; extra users cost $25/month each on any plan; several stronger field features require the $299.99 Elite plan; and the AI tools use monthly credits that heavy users may burn through quickly.
For a small crew that quotes all day, QuoteIQ is worth considering. For a dispatch-heavy operation with a dozen techs, read the limitations before the feature list.
Quick take
Best For:
Best for quoting-led work: landscapers, cleaners, plumbers, HVAC and electrical shops of roughly one to ten people where the estimate is a major part of the sale.
Less ideal for larger dispatch operations that need deep routing at a lower tier, or anyone who wants published support response-time commitments before buying.

How did we research this review?
We read QuoteIQ’s published pricing, plan comparisons, feature descriptions and industry pages, and cross-checked plan prices and user counts across several of the vendor’s own pages on October 16, 2026.
The product screenshots below are supplied by QuoteIQ for editorial use and are captioned as such. Where the vendor’s pages don’t publish a detail — support response times, for example — we say so rather than filling the gap. Prices are USD as listed by the vendor.
What does QuoteIQ cost?
QuoteIQ has five publicly priced plans, with no extra per-user charge within each plan’s included seats:
- Essentials — $29.99/month: 1 user, 500 IQ Credits. Estimates, invoicing, scheduling, e-signatures, and the AI suite.
- Beginner — $99.99/month: 2 users, 1,500 credits. Adds MapMeasure Pro satellite measurement, QuoteIQ Cam photo documentation, and expense tracking.
- Pro — $199.99/month: 4 users, 3,000 credits. Adds ClientHub (a dedicated business phone line with two-way calling and texting), job costing, automations, client portal, and QuickBooks Online sync.
- Elite — $299.99/month: 10 users, 5,000 credits. Adds InstaQuote self-quoting, InstaSchedule self-booking, route optimization, inventory management, and EmployeeHub.
- Max — $699.99/month: 20 users, 8,000 credits. Adds crews, a sales team tracker, the AI Website Builder, four additional businesses, and priority support.
QuoteIQ also advertises a price-lock guarantee: if the vendor raises prices again, you keep your original rate while you stay on the same plan with an active subscription. Moving plans means paying the new plan’s current price.
Annual billing multiplies the monthly rate by ten, giving you twelve months for the cost of ten.
QuoteIQ also publishes pricing for several extras. The AI Website Builder is $34.99/month if you are not on Max. Hands-on Done-For-You setup costs $299.99 or $999.99 one-time. Additional IQ Credit packs are available for heavier AI use, although pack prices were not listed on the pages we checked.
One trial detail to know before you start: QuoteIQ requires a credit or debit card to begin the 14-day trial.
TradeProStack readers can use the code TPS for $1 USD off QuoteIQ payments. It is a small saving, not a reason to choose the software, and we may earn a commission when it is used. Start with the vendor’s current plans before committing, because pricing can change.
What can QuoteIQ do day to day?
Estimating is the centre of the product
Every plan includes four estimate formats: Standard line-item estimates, a Quick format, Options estimates with Good/Better/Best tiers, and Package estimates that bundle services. E-signatures are included from the entry plan.
From Beginner up, MapMeasure Pro measures a property from satellite imagery inside the estimate, allowing a lawn, roof or driveway to be priced before someone drives out.
InstaQuote lets customers build their own estimate from your service library, but it requires Elite. That matters if self-quoting is one of your main reasons for considering QuoteIQ.

The AI Estimator is available on every plan and generates a draft estimate that you can edit. Treat the result as a starting point rather than a price to send untouched. You are still responsible for the numbers that go to the customer — our markup vs margin calculator shows what a given markup really means for your margin.
Scheduling, field work, and getting paid
Scheduling, recurring invoice subscriptions for route work, invoicing, and online payments by card and ACH through Stripe are core features rather than add-ons.
QuoteIQ Cam, available from Beginner, attaches before-and-after photos and inspection documentation to the customer record.
Job costing arrives at Pro and compares labour and expenses against the job price. Route optimization and inventory management require Elite.

The AI tools run on credits
AI Estimator, AI Autopilot for voice and text commands, the Virtual Call Team phone-answering agent, and Before/After AI photo previews are included on all plans but use IQ Credits.
Monthly allowances range from 500 credits on Essentials to 8,000 on Max. The vendor’s pages we checked don’t state whether unused credits roll over, so treat the allowance as the monthly budget and confirm the reset terms during the trial. The published rate for the Virtual Call Team is 125 credits per minute. Before you hand calls to any AI agent, read our guide on what an AI receptionist should never say — the operating rules matter as much as the per-minute cost.
That makes the limit easy to see on the entry plan. If all 500 Essentials credits went to the Virtual Call Team, they would cover roughly four minutes of AI call answering.
The AI features are included, but usage is metered. Shops expecting heavier use should account for a higher-tier credit allowance or top-up packs.
Official QuoteIQ demo walkthrough (YouTube, @MyQuoteIQ), recorded June 2026. Vendor-produced, so treat it as a feature tour rather than an independent test.
Where does QuoteIQ fall short?
- Seat caps can force a plan jump. The fifth team member pushes you from Pro to Elite whether or not you need Elite’s other features, because the plans include 1, 2, 4, then 10 users. There is no published price for adding a seat within a tier.
- Several field features sit on higher plans. Satellite measurement starts at Beginner, while job costing and QuickBooks sync require Pro at $199.99. Self-quoting, self-booking and route optimization require Elite at $299.99. The $29.99 entry plan does not include the full feature set shown across QuoteIQ’s product demos.
- AI costs scale with use. Monthly credit allowances run from 500 to 8,000 by plan, and we found no published statement on whether unused credits roll over. At 125 credits per minute, Virtual Call Team usage can drain a smaller monthly allowance quickly.
- Published support information is limited. Priority support is a Max feature, and onboarding help beyond self-serve is a paid extra. We found no published response-time commitments, so we scored support conservatively.
- QuoteIQ has a shorter track record. QuoteIQ says it was founded in 2023 and is founder-owned. That alone is not a reason to avoid it, but businesses comparing it with longer-established platforms may want to ask about data portability before building a large price book inside the system. QuoteIQ’s pricing page now lists data export as a core feature on all plans and says data stays available for export after cancellation — confirm exactly what exports during the trial.
What are the alternatives?
Jobber takes a more scheduling-led approach. Where QuoteIQ starts from the estimate, Jobber starts from the job calendar, with quoting, scheduling, dispatch and invoicing in one workflow. Core is $29/month billed annually for one user, with larger plans above it.
If your day revolves more around the dispatch board than the quote queue, start with our Jobber review.
Housecall Pro combines field service basics with marketing and growth tools. It publishes full per-plan pricing: Basic is $59/month billed annually ($79 month-to-month) for one user, Essentials is $149/$189 for five users, and MAX is $299/$329 for eight users. Our Housecall Pro review covers how the plans compare in practice.

Questions readers ask
How much does QuoteIQ cost per month?
QuoteIQ runs from $29.99/month for Essentials with one user to $699.99/month for Max with 20 users. Pro costs $199.99/month and is where job costing and QuickBooks sync arrive. Annual billing costs ten months for twelve. Pricing checked October 16, 2026.
Does QuoteIQ charge per user?
Not within a plan’s included seats. Each plan includes a fixed number of users: 1, 2, 4, 10, or 20. If you need more users than your plan allows, you can add users at $25/month each on any plan, or move up to a plan with a larger seat allowance.
What are IQ Credits?
IQ Credits are QuoteIQ’s monthly allowance for AI features. AI estimating, the AI phone agent, and AI photo tools draw from the same balance, with monthly allowances ranging from 500 to 8,000 depending on the plan. The Virtual Call Team is published at 125 credits per minute. Top-up packs are sold for heavier use; the vendor’s pages don’t state whether unused credits roll over.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan has a 14-day trial with that plan’s features. A credit or debit card is required to start. After the trial, billing is month-to-month with no contract, according to the vendor.
Should you switch to QuoteIQ?
QuoteIQ makes the most sense for businesses where quoting is a major part of the daily workflow. That includes owners and crews pricing jobs from the truck or office who want tiered estimate options alongside scheduling, invoicing and payments in one subscription. Still pricing by hand? Our job quote calculator turns labour, materials, overhead and profit into a quote total in one pass.
Its target fit is strongest for landscaping, cleaning, plumbing, HVAC and electrical shops of roughly one to ten people doing residential quoting work.
Look elsewhere if you run a dispatch-heavy operation that needs route optimization without paying Elite prices, want a longer-established vendor with published support commitments, or expect enough AI usage that the credit system could add meaningful ongoing cost.
Before committing, use the 14-day trial to check the areas the vendor’s published pages leave open: how your data exports, what support is like when you need help, and how quickly your real-world AI use consumes credits.
If those points work for your business, QuoteIQ offers publicly listed pricing across all five plans and clearly defined feature tiers.
