Every review, comparison, and roundup on TradeProStack follows the same method, so a score means the same thing whether you are comparing dispatch software or an AI receptionist.
What we score
- Pricing transparency — published pricing, what’s included in each plan, and what triggers an upsell
- Core job-workflow features — booking, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, and payments
- Mobile app for crews — job details, schedules, and updates in techs’ pockets
- Integrations — QuickBooks, accounting, CRMs, and the rest of your stack
- Support quality — real humans, response times, onboarding help
- Contract and lock-in terms — monthly vs. annual contracts, cancellation, and data export
How the score works
Every product gets one editorial score out of 10, based on the six criteria above. A score is our desk’s judgment after reviewing the product’s own documentation, demos and pricing pages — it is not an average of user reviews, and it is never for sale.
We do not accept payment for placement. Vendors cannot pay to be included, ranked higher, or scored better. Some links earn us an affiliate commission (see our Affiliate Disclosure); that never changes a score or the order of a list.
Corrections policy: vendors change prices and features, and sometimes we get things wrong. Every article shows the date its pricing and features were last verified against the vendor’s own pages. If you spot an error, email the desk and we will re-check it, fix the article, and note the correction with a fresh date stamp.
